General Registration Information
The registration fees for the main conference include:
- Teaching Day on 31 August (Please note this is intended for PHD students and newcomers into the complement field)
- Welcome reception on 31 August
- Social Excursion on the afternoon 04 September (options to be sent closer to the time)
- All coffee breaks and lunches during the main conference
- Access to watch the recordings of the main conference sessions on demand*
Membership to ICS
Membership of the International Complement Society (ICS) is required in order to attend the ICW2023 or to use the on demand service.
Membership of the ICS will be for a period of two years until the 30th ICW in Brisbane with all the benefits that it provides.
Only those individuals who have paid for membership of the ICS via the International Complement Society – Membership web pages since January 2023 should not select the ICS membership add on to attend ICW2023. Please note that membership details will be certified by the ICS to enable entry to the conference.

- Post Meeting On Demand @ £200 (This gives you access to watch recordings of the oral presentations on demand* as well as to view the digital posters. Recordings will be made available to watch at the end of the conference for 3 months.)

Student Rate
Please note, you must be registered at your institution as a student (full-time or part-time, undergraduate or postgraduate, up to and including PhD write up) on 30th April 2023 to qualify for the student rates listed above
* Only posters and oral presentations of contributors that have agreed to share their presentations will be made available after the meeting on demand

How to register
You will be able to book and pay for your ticket on a credit card via the Newcastle University WebStore booking system. You will need to create an account to enable you to purchase a ticket. Once you have paid for your ticket you will receive an automatic email confirmation that the registration has been received. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at info@icw2023newcastle.co.uk.

All payments are to be made in £ GBP Pounds Sterling.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation made before May 31, 2023: Full amount less an administration fee of £60 will be refunded. After this date no refunds will be made.
